If you follow our blog regularly, you know that there are a lot of options for covering your windows. If you are a fan of simplicity, sheer drapery is one of your best options.

Sheers are a very delicate fabric so they are not typically used to shade against the sun. A lot of the time you see sheers paired with a double treatment fabric. But a lot of the time, sheer drapery is used as just a decorative accent. Sheers can give a touch of elegance or add color and texture to an otherwise plain room. Adding sheer drapery is easily one of the best ways to inexpensively decorate and enliven a room.

LINEN SHEERS

Linen material gives off an airy, beachy and rustic look while also giving off a touch of warmth. Most importantly, linen provides more coverage to sun than other sheers.

PATTERNED SHEERS

Sheer fabric comes in hundreds of styles and patters. If you want to add a touch of personality, fun or do something different, patterned sheers are your best option.

WHITE SHEERS

White sheers are the most common type of drapery and also the sheer that goes with everything. Use plain white sheers to add a touch of elegance or complete a room that is otherwise very colorful or stark and modern.
